When should I take Peri Balance?
Peri Balance supports you during perimenopause. This is the first phase of menopause, occurring approximately 4-10 years before your last menstrual period. Are you already experiencing early signs of hormonal changes? Feeling fatigued, having poor sleep, being easily irritable, experiencing mood swings, stronger PMS symptoms, or signs of oestrogen dominance such as tender breasts or bloating? Are you still menstruating, regardless of whether your cycle is still regular or already changing? Then you are most likely in the perimenopause phase and can optimally support your body with Peri Balance.

Once you have gone 12 months without a period, you enter the postmenopause stage, and Peri Balance is no longer recommended. In this case, XbyX Phyto Power would be more suitable for you.

I've had a sense of inner restlessness for sooo long. Starting from the day of ovulation, I experienced muscle and joint pain due to slight water retention.
